      人在馬來西亞員工升職信要怎么寫?

      人在馬來西亞開公司做生意,大概率會涉及到一些員工的升職加薪事宜,在員工晉升到新崗位之前對其進行試用是明智之舉。這樣一來如果員工的表現未達預期,公司就可以避免讓其進入績效改進計劃(PIP),也能避免對其進行降職或解雇。如果處理不當,這會挫傷員工的積極性,給公司帶來管理負擔以及潛在的勞動風險。我們都知道管理績效改進計劃流程的麻煩和負擔。既然我們本可以通過更深入的考量和對員工進行評估來避免這些情況,那又何必自找麻煩呢?
      晉升不應僅僅取決于資歷,也不應僅僅作為對員工忠誠度的獎勵。雖然員工可能會因資歷而具備一定優勢,但應更看重員工當前和過去的績效,以及其在新崗位上處理工作和表現出色的潛力。資歷可以作為初步考慮的一個因素,但在此之后必須對其是否適合新崗位進行客觀且全面的評估。公司最應該避免的情況就是晉升了一名員工,結果卻因為其無法達到新崗位的預期要求而只能對其進行降職或解雇。

      TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT (ACTING) FINANCE MANAGER
      We refer to the above and to the recent conversation between you and your immediate superior. The Company is pleased inform you on your temporary appointment (hereinafter known as acting period) as Finance Manager with effective from 6 December 2022 to 5 March 2023. This temporary appointment is made based on your performance and feedback from your superior.

      During this acting period, you shall be paid an acting allowance of RM 1,000 per month and this allowance shall cease upon the expiry of the above-mentioned period. The allowance shall subject to prevailing statutory regulations. Subject to your performance during this acting period, you may be permanently appointed as Finance Manager and the acting allowance shall cease immediately and shall be added into your basic salary instead.

      The purpose of this acting period is to assess your suitability for the above-mentioned role. The acting period may be shortened or further extended at the sole discretion of the company, and you will be informed in writing. There is not compulsion on the part of the company to extend this acting period further not offer you a permanent appointment.

      Other terms and conditions of employment shall remain unchanged as set out in your letter of appointment and prevailing company policies.

      Should you require further clarification, kindly speak to your immediate superior or your HR Business Partner/HR Department.

      We wish you success and trust you will make the best use of this opportunity to further develop your skills and competencies.
