為了讓各位能在疫情期間順利入境馬來(lái)西亞，這里小曹也順便講一下其中一個(gè)需要拿到的文件就是資源隔離同意書(shū)，英文名稱叫做LETTER OF UNDERTAKING AND INDEMNITY PERSON UNDER SURVEILLANCE，聽(tīng)起來(lái)比較拗口，但是其實(shí)想要拿到它并不難，小曹這里想要重申一下目前疫情期間入境馬來(lái)西亞最難拿的一個(gè)文件是入境批準(zhǔn)函，以前叫做KPI信，現(xiàn)在都是統(tǒng)一在MyTravel Pass平臺(tái)上統(tǒng)一辦理，這個(gè)東西需要你有最合理的理由才能拿到，比如說(shuō)你入境馬來(lái)西亞工作需要，夫妻團(tuán)聚需要，學(xué)習(xí)需要等等等。（好了需要馬來(lái)西亞碩士博士文憑的也可以找小曹）
那么我們今天需要講到的這個(gè)是在你已經(jīng)順利拿到入境批準(zhǔn)函之后的一個(gè)程序，也就是你要把你所有的資料發(fā)給那個(gè)給你辦理單次入境簽證的馬來(lái)西亞領(lǐng)館來(lái)獲取這個(gè)LOU。我們接下來(lái)大概了解一下LOU的細(xì)則內(nèi)容：
In this regard, I solemnly pledge and undertake that I shall pay:
(a) the accommodation charges at the rate as specified by the Operator /Owner / Hotel for Person Under Surveillance which shall include three meals daily;入境后支付的自愿隔離費(fèi)用包含三餐；
(b) any other expenses incurred by myself [and **my child / person under my care]for the use of the Hotel's services such as additional meal ordered, laundry services, and other services provided by the Hotel or any third party;但是不含三餐之外的其他餐飲費(fèi)用以及自己需要承擔(dān)的費(fèi)用比如說(shuō)酒店衣服洗滌服務(wù)這些 and
(c) any damage to the Hotel's accommodation or Hotel’s property which has been used or caused by me [and **my child / person under my care].以及酒店設(shè)備的破壞賠付等；
3. I undertake to make full payment of the expenses regarding–

(a) paragraph 2(a) above, the total accommodation charges up to fourteen(14) days as invoiced to me, directly to the Operator / Owner / Hotel in the manner as required by the Hotel upon checking in the Hotel; and
(b) paragraphs 2(b) and (c), in the manner as required by the Hotel upon checking out of the Hotel upon obtaining the authorisation by the Government to leave the Hotel premises.
4. If I am unable to make the payments as stipulated in paragraph 3, my next of kin or representative, as named in paragraph 8 below, has agreed to make such payment on my behalf to the Hotel upon request by the Hotel.當(dāng)然這里說(shuō)你也可以叫他人代表你做這個(gè)支付操作；
5. I further acknowedge that:
(a) the Hotel is entitled to collect deposit fees from me for my stay at the Hotel during the Observation and Surveillance Period upon checking in at the Hotel隔離費(fèi)用當(dāng)中涉及的酒店押金; and
(b) I am required to abide by the Government's instructions during the Observation and Surveillance Period.隔離人員要遵守馬來(lái)西亞政府法令；
6. I verily understand that the Hotel has the right to take legal action against me for my failure to make all accrued payments as stated in the above paragraphs and I shall be fully responsible for any claims and damages made by the Hotel against me.如果不能支付隔離費(fèi)用酒店方保留索賠權(quán)利；
7. I further undertake to indemnify and hold the Government of Malaysia, its employees and agents harmless from and against all actions, proceedings,losses, shortfalls, damages, compensation, costs (including legal costs),charges and expenses resulting from my [and **my child / person under my care] actions, negligence or dishonesty to the Hotel during the Observation and Surveillance Period.
總之就是要你明白在酒店隔離期間什么能做和什么不能做，以及要遵從政府部門(mén)工作人員的隔離指令等等之類的法律對(duì)話，也沒(méi)有什么特別的地方。如何獲取？就是可以網(wǎng)上下載打印出來(lái)后填寫(xiě)簽字后連同護(hù)照有照片個(gè)人資料頁(yè)、單次入境蓋章頁(yè)、MyTravel Pass批準(zhǔn)函頁(yè)一起掃描傳給當(dāng)?shù)卮笫桂^，也就表示你已經(jīng)了解了入境需要隔離的這個(gè)步驟，接下來(lái)就是可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在出發(fā)前去支付隔離費(fèi)用了。
