如果你是工簽持有者但是人在馬來西亞以外的地方，以及你工簽過期要回到馬來西亞續期并工作，那么就目前來說最重要的一個環節是需要公司出具給移民局主管機構這么一封Support Letter from Approving Agency and Regulatory Body來說明你在疫情尚未解封期間入境馬來西亞的必要性，如果審核通過才能實施入境，如果沒有郵件通知那就等同于拒絕了，這封信要怎么出？主要的要求如下：
The related Approving Agency and Regulatory Body are responsible to assess and make decisions to the entry permission application submitted by the company, and to provide a Support Letter to the expatriate / skilled worker / knowledge worker who will be entering the country.
The Support Letter from the Approving Agency / Regulatory Body must contain the following information:
i. Name of the company 首先肯定是要有公司名及SSM注冊信息等；
ii. Nature of business公司的業務范疇以及經營范圍等；
iii. Justifications on the need to enter the country要重點說明一下入境的必要性，竅門在哪里也是沒啥經驗好遵循；
iv. Expatriate’s information簽證持有人的各種詳細信息 (name, passport number, nationality, passport expiry date)
v. Position簽證持有人的工作崗位及細節；
vi. Current active pass (if applicable) 申請人目前持有的簽證情況；
vii. Relevant supporting documents以及其他必要性的支持類文件文書材料等。
首先這里你得由所在公司發起申請，還要行業主管機構的證明信說你入境的必要性，然后發到上面的移民局郵箱pbf@imi.gov.my做審核。
