剛剛的消息就是馬來西亞移民局拘留了8名沒有長期簽證的外國人，其中之一來自香港，主要新聞如下：
A Hong Kong man citizen is one of eight foreigners arrested for not possessing any valid passport or permit and staying overtime in the country.All those foreigners were detained in the Sweeping/Spending Ops conducted by the Kelantan Immigration Department (JIM) starting at 10 pm yesterday until 4 am yesterday around this district.8名外國人其中包括一位來自香港的因?yàn)闆]有有效護(hù)照或者簽證逾期逗留而被拘留，吉蘭丹移民局從昨天晚上10點(diǎn)到早上4點(diǎn)有行動(dòng)。
Director of JIM Kelantan, Mohd. Faizal Shamsudin said, the foreigners aged in the range of 30 to 50 years consist of one Hong Kong man, two men (Thailand), four women (Thailand) and one man (Indonesia).然后這幾個(gè)人大多數(shù)來自泰國，年齡在30-50歲之間，其中一男子來自香港。
According to them, they were arrested at several premises in Jalan Pasar District Council Building, Che Su Street, Old Post Office Road, several houses in Che Deris Village and Central Elephant Island Village here.拘留人員主要來自以上街區(qū)，小曹希望這里面沒有你朋友咯。
“Investigation found, the foreigners did not possess any valid passport or permit and lived overtime in the country.這個(gè)應(yīng)該是個(gè)舉報(bào)類稽查，基本上都是沒有護(hù)照或者簽證過期，移民局也會(huì)根據(jù)如下法令做出后面的懲戒法律流程。
In addition, the case is being investigated under Section 6 (1) (c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 and Section 15 (1) of the same act.
