1.) Human Resource Executive
– RM 2,600 to RM 3,200 (Negotiable)
💓Payroll💓
– Prepare, Pro-rate and Process Company Payroll (All additions and deductions)
– Process and update all employee’s Leaves and Claims to internal system and government bodies (Maternity, NS Make Up Pay, Unpaid Leaves, Compassionate leaves etc)
– Prepare monthly payroll report for Finance Department
💓Payroll Admin💓
– Create Employee data into payroll system
– Update employee’s data on confirmation, promotion, re designation and transfer for Third Party
– Submit Monthly CPF to CPF Board
– Maintenance of P-Files
– Handle all employee Exit Procedure on discharge letter and last cheque issuance.
– Prepare and disseminate Increment Letters and Performance Bonus letters for all Third Party
– Handle employees’ payroll matters
💓Other Administration💓
– Prepare weekly meeting updates and quarterly measure of effects
– Submit tax clearance for foreign workers
💓Requirement💓
– Candidate needs to prepare their own laptop / desktop for work
– Min Diploma in related studies
– About 0-2 year of experience in Payroll processing and HR
– Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
– Demonstrate good team work with other team members
– Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
– Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
– Timely and accuracy in delivering outputs
– Able to handle min. of 100 headcounts payroll
– Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint
