基本上來說，你通過馬來西亞駐中國領館簽發的簽證都稱之為visa without reference，大概意思就是免調查類簽證，而如果是有馬來西亞移民局簽發出來，后經過領館換領的簽證種類就叫做visa reference，我們姑且稱之為馬來西亞擔保簽證，也就是你的行為可能會影響到具體給你做擔保的公司、個人以及團體，所以要謹慎而為之。

大概就是這些材料，那如果你的老婆是馬來西亞人的話，那么里面就會多出兩份材料，

Application Letter sent to and received by the Embassy / High Commission of Malaysia，需要一張來自馬來西亞大使館的一封信。
