隨著馬來(lái)西亞逐漸放開(kāi)有條件旅游入境這個(gè)議題的進(jìn)一步磋商，目前來(lái)說(shuō)也要慢慢放開(kāi)一些已經(jīng)有打疫苗的國(guó)家民眾的到馬旅游申請(qǐng)。
KUALA LUMPUR (March 1): The government is conducting negotiations with 12 countries to implement Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTL), the Foreign Ministry said.馬來(lái)西亞旅游簽證入境與周邊各個(gè)國(guó)家的互認(rèn)計(jì)劃正在開(kāi)展，有12個(gè)再談國(guó)家。
In a written reply in Parliament, the ministry said the countries were selected based on diplomatic relations and the need for cross-border travel.
“As such, for the ASEAN region, the Malaysian government is negotiating with Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.比如說(shuō)之前的東盟國(guó)家如文萊、印尼、新加坡、越南和泰國(guó)等；
“The other countries are Australia, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Korea and the United Kingdom,” the ministry said in reply to a question by Larry Sng (PBM-Julau) regarding the list of countries included in the suggested expansion of bilateral relations between Malaysia and foreign countries under the VTL cooperation.其他正在商談的國(guó)家包括澳洲、中國(guó)、印度、日本、新西蘭、韓國(guó)和英國(guó)。
Only Singapre is in the implementation phase, with VTL (Air) and VTL (Land) being implemented since Nov 29 last year.就目前來(lái)說(shuō)，只有新加坡屬于政策走向落實(shí)的階段，其他國(guó)家都還在談當(dāng)中；
“In conclusion, with the exception of VTL implemented with Singapore, progress of negotiations over reopening of borders with the other identified countries are rather slow due to the spread of Omicron.那么這個(gè)洽談的進(jìn)展還是比較緩慢的，主要還是因?yàn)閵W密克戎毒株的肆虐，所以這里小曹覺(jué)得短期內(nèi)全面放開(kāi)旅游簽證入境馬來(lái)西亞的可能性不大，雖然政策正面呼聲比較大，實(shí)際操作的難度還是有很多不確定因素的。
所以目前來(lái)說(shuō)能夠確保入境馬來(lái)西亞的方法，只有如下幾種，商務(wù)簽MTP入境、蘭卡威旅游泡泡入境、馬來(lái)西亞學(xué)生簽證和馬來(lái)西亞工作簽證ep和PVP等等這些了。
