大馬政府日前已經宣布馬來西亞全國進入緊急狀態，然后這個狀態會持續到8月，這個狀態的發布，預示著馬來西亞在抗擊新冠肺炎疫情方面的惡化，畢竟每日新增確診數量壓不下來，對執政人員的壓力還是比較大的。
Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced on 11 January 2021 that the governement will be re-imposing full lockdown in several states, Controlled Movement Control Order (CMCO) in others and Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) in states where the cases are not too high. 總理慕尤丁昨天宣布馬來西亞加強行動管制的管控來抗擊久壓不下的疫情。
Affected states: Penang, Selangor, Melaka, Johor, and Sabah. All three Federal Territories (i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Labuan).重點關注區域主要集中在檳城、雪蘭莪、馬六甲、柔佛及沙巴等州屬。
Restrictions:
No interstate and interdistrict travels. You can only travel within 10 kilometres of your home for essentials. There will be roadblocks, so don't try to get smart.
No social gatherings including weddings, wedding receptions, conferences, religious processions (including Thaipusam), meetings, seminars, courses, and group sport activities. 主要管制內容主要涉及跨州旅行，也就是說你只能限定在10公里半徑范圍內采購生活必需品，然后涉及所有可能存在的人員聚集都不被允許了；
Only take away and delivery allowed for food, so hanging out at restaurants isn't an option either.餐飲方面只能外賣或者打包帶走；
Supermarkets, healthcare services (including clinics, hospitals and pharmacies) and banks are allowed to operate with strict SOP compliance. We didn't see any announcement on shorter operating hours like the previous MCOs. 超市及醫療機構以及銀行允許開門營業；
Only two people per household are allowed to head out to purchase groceries.每個家庭只允許兩人出行；
Only two people from the same household are allowed in a vehicle. 每輛車只允許兩人同行；
Only five essential economic sectors are allowed to operate, namely manufacturing; construction; service; trade and distribution; and plantations and commodities.保民生的基礎行業可以繼續；
Only 30 per cent of workers from a company's management teams are allowed to go in to office; employers to determine number of employees permitted in office at any one time (taking into consideration SOP compliance)
Non-essential services staff to work from home; employers must comply with this ruling.只允許三層管理層到辦公室辦公，其他員工居家辦公；
2020 and 2021 SPM candidates are allowed to attend school with strict SOP. Education Ministry will detail this SOP. Others will continue to learn online.學校上課驅嚴；
Religious activities in places of worship aren't allowed but a maximum of five mosque/houses of worship committee members are allowed to be at these premises.
You can go out for a walk, jog or cycling, but with restrictions. This includes keeping a two-metre distance between each other at all time and doing it solo. 宗教禮拜驅嚴；
因為馬來西亞日前已經宣布全國進入緊急狀態，那么按照歷史上來說，整個馬來西亞也就進入過4次的全國緊急狀態，所以后面如果疫情還是控制不住，不排除會繼續政策加碼管制的可能性，至于之前的4次全國緊急狀態，小曹再另外抽空說說歷史，呵呵，總之沒有長期簽證合法化卻還逾期逗留在馬來西亞的各位要非常注意了，似乎這次動真格！
