馬來西亞工作簽證換公司的話要滿足什么先決條件？

今天小曹聊一個相對專業性的話題，可能對各位真正在馬來西亞工作的人有用（馬來西亞工作簽證換公司），因為疫情期間你可能會碰到馬來西亞公司因經營困難而不得不轉讓和倒閉，這時你的工作簽證或面臨變更風險。具體英文詳情如下：

Please note that the application for "CHANGE OF EMPLOYER" is only allowed for employers who cannot continue to employ foreign workers for the following reasons: 通常情況下的簽證換公司只有在自己原有公司發生如下情況下才行進行：

(i) Employers are declared bankrupt / terminated operations; 雇主已經宣布破產和清算的；

(ii) Employers who have been affected by the disaster (eg: fire, natural disaster, etc.); 雇主因為災難性影響而受波及的；

(iii) Employers are unable to hire foreign workers (eg, economic downturns); 雇主沒有能力在聘用外國員工的；

(iv) Company restructuring / change in business status; 雇主公司重組或者變成經營范疇的；

(v) Change of name of company or Director of company; and 雇主公司改名或者變成法人的；

(vi) The original employer has passed away.雇主去世的；

所以基本上你的公司要滿足上述條件的，你的簽證申請換公司才具有實操的資格，但是有一點是影響，如果你是普通外勞持有PLKS簽發的簽證《為什么說馬來西亞勞工簽不好用？尤其是對東亞人來說》，那么是不能轉公司的，你只能先回國，并且經過一個3-6個月的冷卻期然后再做工簽申請才可以（關于這個話題參考小曹之前文章《馬來西亞電子簽證冷卻期知多少？了解后避免被拒絕入境》）。
